Bugis (Long House) Lim Kee Beef Noodle- Legendary Beef Kuay Teow sooo good that you can't stop!

After watching a super nice movie "Ice Age 3" (MUST WATCH!!), we head off to Golden Mile Food Centre for a budget dinner! Haha..we probably spent too much on food the past few days.

We were searching high and low for Lim Kee Beef noodle and finally found it hiding in the basement! It was situated near the muslim stalls and if you do not know, you'll probably can't find it! The owner told us that they had been there since years ago before the Muslims stalls began to move in . Afraid that their regulars cannot find their stall, the owner decided to stay at where it was. If you had been to Golden Mile food centre, you would have noticed that most chinese stalls were on the first level and the muslim stalls mostly on the basement.

We ordered the dry version of Beef Kuay Teow $4. It was super shiok! The owner even included chopped peanuts inside! It was said to give extra crunch and fragrance to the beef kuay teow. And this was true! Janelle even took an extra scoop of peanuts from the owner! The sauce was super shiok~~~ kuay teow was sooo smooth & slippery tt they literally slipped down our throats! The beef is exceptionally tender! It was fantastic! Never know that we could enjoy such a fantastic beef kuay teow!

Here comes the beef balls!

OMG! It was sooo "Q"! The beef balls were made using the calve muscles of the beef. No wonder it was so springy! Next time if we come by Golden Mile food centre, this is the dish that we will definitely order. Following which would be our belgium waffles at level 1!
